Return & Exchange Policy

  1. It will be the responsibility of the Customer to check the quality and quantity of the Goods at the time of delivery. In case the customer fails to raise any concerns related to quantity and/or quality of the Goods at the time of delivery, the customer will not have the right to raise a replacement request thereafter. The customer agrees that Deliverit will not be responsible for any deficiency, damage, or claims as regards the quality or quantity of Goods after the Goods have been delivered to and accepted by the Merchant.
  2. All Perishables (Fruits and Vegetables, Dairy and Frozen) goods need to be checked at the time of delivery, returns/replacement will be not entertained post-delivery due to nature of the product.
  3. Quality Complaints of non-perishables goods should be raised by customer within 48 hours of Delivery.
  4. Internal quality team will audit the case and revert within 48 hours.
  5. Approved returns/replacements will be picked within 72 hours.
  6. Refunds will be done within 5-7 working days of stock pickup.
